About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the SportTime Tracker mobile application and related services operated by SHADOW SPEEDS LTD (the “Service Provider”). It explains the privacy practices that apply when you use the Application.

No personal information collected through normal use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration and a user account are not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to facilitate network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain that information or use it for tracking.
No precise location collection
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
We do not retain personal app data
SportTime Tracker does not collect or store personal user information on SHADOW SPEEDS LTD servers through normal use. Therefore, there is no server-side personal application data retained by the Service Provider from normal use of the Application.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider and provide information outside normal app use, that communication may be handled only as needed to respond to your request and in accordance with applicable obligations.
No server-side app dataset requiring deletion
Because the Application does not create an account and SHADOW SPEEDS LTD does not retain personal application data through normal use, there is no server-side SportTime Tracker personal dataset to delete.
If you voluntarily provide personal information by contacting the Service Provider directly, you may request deletion of that information by emailing [email protected], subject to any information the Service Provider is required to retain by applicable law.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device.
Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure of personal application data held by the Service Provider is minimized. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it does hold.
If a security incident affects personal information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.
Policy updates
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated policy with a new effective date. Where required by applicable law, consent will be obtained before relevant changes take effect.
If processing of information you voluntarily provide is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
